2008 c4 gp 1.6 hdi no glow plug light no start

Car as above failed to start thus am. Very cold minus3. Car never fails to start usually. Any ideas please

Bit more info required. Is the engine turning over or not? Is it turning over fast enough? Is the battery in good condition? the colder it is the harder the battery has to work.
If it is a glow plug related fault it should fire up with a sniff of easy start for testing.

Stupid q where shoukd I squirt easy start just up the air intake pipe
Battery was new this year. Turns over fine just not firing
