I actually found a "better" way of disabling it. Under BSI PROTECTION - ACCESSES - MECHANICAL ASSISTANCE / Folding in of door mirrors with high frequency remote control YES / NO

Which Diag Box version did you use?
Put Multiplexed folding to false, but it still folds them when locking. Other option does not exist

You car BSI FW version probably does not support that option. Multiplexed is an another feature, that needs hardware support too.
Diagbox version doesnt matter, but v7 and above is recommended anyway
