I need help. My C5 (2006, V6) has a huge tendency to torque steer. Its so bad that it sometimes jerks and changes direction when the transmission shifts.
The car is completely drivable... I use it every day and if I don't stomp on the gas pedal it works fine... but when I am driving it a bit lively, torque steer becomes huge.
Its like something 'gives' and then you get about 10 degrees of steering input at once.... and it also feels like a CV joint binds.
I replaced the lower A arm bushings on the front... and it fixed some of it, but its still there.
Is there another common wear part to check? Can wen't through the local MOT equivalent with no problems...
Thanks!
