Engine Relay Diagram P0215

Unread post by Sar123 »

Standard C4 Grand Picasso gremlin time…
2011 2.0 HDI SEMI AUTO
occasionally refuses to change from Neutral to A1, R or M.
Switch car off I open the bonnet and shake the small fuse box that sits on top of the battery UNTIL I hear a click and electronic noise (sorry for the poor description) almost like something has moved and re connected to the ECU.

Switch car on and change gears fine.

Has this happened to anyone?
I’ve checked for obvious breaks in wires but can’t seem to see any issues.
Diagnostic ran and P0215 error coming up

You will probably find that the click is timed rather than you doing anything, next time it happens dont touch the fusebox & it will probably still do it.
The principle (or main relay as its more commonly known) is integral to the main under bonnet fusebox.
