It seems I need to replace the EOLYS pump in my car. Had it topped up and the level set in the ECU, but it keeps showing the error message related to EOLYS pump malfunction.
I will change the tank/pump myself, so it would be really nice to have the exact part number for the EOLYS pump/tank for my C4 Cactus 1.6 BlueHDI with vin VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Thanks!
EOLYS pump/tank part number C4 Cactus 2014 1.6 BlueHDI

Here you go. Note the pump is integral to the tank and it will need priming as well as the resetting of the additive counter to zero after fitting (not what quantity you have filled it with).
(19) Additive Reservoir, part: 1613704780, £233.23 (with UK VAT @ 20% inc.) direct from Citroen.

Thanks for the quick reply. It seems it's sold out pretty much everywhere. Do you have a link to Citroen? Preferably in the EU.

No you can only order new ones from Citroen / Peugeot dealers and stock is delivered directly to the dealerships. You would likely get it quicker than here in the UK with you being in Denmark in any case. So unless you can source one using the part number I gave you, it will be the waiting game.

Re: EOLYS pump/tank part number C4 Cactus 2014 1.6 BlueHDI
Sorry to bump an old one @GiveMeABreak but would you be able to confirm if the above part is suitable for a 2016 BlueHDi 100 with VIN VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] please?
Neo Brothers (who I've used for Saab bits in the past) appear to have stock of various OEM Adblue and Eolys bits for our cars and I'm keen to compare pricing with Citroen but can't work out if they have the one I need.
I've been having issues on and off for a while now (you were very helpful with this previously) and it seems that the injector / valve is stuck again so I'm getting the messages I did previously when it happened.
I've popped a donation in via the link but I have absolutely no idea if you'll know who it's from as it all seemed a bit weird

Hi
Your Forum donation (thanks), when using the donor link will automatically upgrade you - as your user name on your profile on the left has now gone green and changed status.
As for the part, no that is not the correct one for your vehicle.
You have the following tank:
(19) Additive Reservoir, part: 9815712680, £242.89 inc. VAT from Citroen.
Neo Brothers are selling it for £156 inc. VAT.
Remember these exclude fitting and programming / initialisation costs.

Thanks again, the clarification on the part and the donation is most appreciated
I'll need to factor in some replacement EOLYS fluid too I guess but I can order that at the same time.
