New Clutch And Problems

Unread post by sikez »

Had a new 3 piece clutch fitted to my 14 plate 1.6hdi partner van, Simply because it was worn, Also had a clicking when the clutch pedal used every now and again which after diagnosis was the slave on the outside of the box.
No duel mass so happy at that, Had the clutch and slave changed and got it back and advised a vibration at the biting point but they were speaking to LUK about it(LUK clutch fitted)
Awaiting further regard the vibrating on biting point however it also does it when you let the clutch back up when changing down gear very annoying.
Engine mounts checked and advised all good.
Advised flywheel no hotspots/runout
They are looking at replacing the clutch again and the flywheel any thoughts? Anybody had this happen?
Not been charged until its sorted out
Many Thanks.
