Possible cause of this recent fault. Hand brake seemed rather hard, ive worked the right rear arm yesterday when it was dry enough to do just in time as it poured down as the tools were being out away.
What to do. If you need to adjust the hand brake.
Slacken wheel nut,bolts,Raise car,support with stand,remove wheel, make sure car is chocked hand brake off slowly, then 13mm socket long reach slacken the adjuster nut fully off,remove cable from the lever on caliper , with mole grips clamp on to arm,lever and work it the way it gets pulled by the cable,gently grease whats needed under the rubber boot cover ,rework the arm till it feels much easier, put cable back on lever,back in the car apply handbrake on 2 clicks,tighten the 13mm hand brake adjuster nut till the rear wheels drag,take hand brake off then reapply the hand brake back on 2 clicks if a further adjustment is needed do it slowly & do not over tighten.
Now i firmly belive that my cables or the lever on caliper possibly both ,wasn't working as it was meant to , so this has cause my fault the rear wheels were turning slower than the front and gave the fault,using the car saturday night about a mile left to home it felt like it has a rubbing brake sensation,then starting the car the following morning abs esp brake warning all pop up on the dash. Rear right sensor earth to ground, ive still to drive it to see if the speedo works.

Remember not to rely on wire colours - PSA change these frequently and what is on one vehicle may not be the same for another. Always use the Pin numbers on the connectors and the codes printed on the wiring sleeves and not the colours for identification.

I understand colors can differ , ive just noted these for my reference,notes as such. Ive had a 206 before with the abs problem to which i found my old note pad last night to cross ref with my 206cc, it was a 2006 model as like my 206cc,which had same colour abs loom wires, maybe if anyone picks this topic up in the future they could pop there colors up and year of car could be of some interest . Dont know what it is with these little cars they have a great trouble free run then up pops them dash lights.

Ok, during a short dry spell this morn, i took to old abs sensor off popped the passenger rear right, popped my multimeter on it hey presto it was dead as a door nail just a large one on the screen, so having a hunt i
Found a spare in the shed , reading 5.8 ohms as i had to test it to make sure it was good , I popped this on nice fit to, wheel back on drove down the road , ALL dash lights off, ran my icar scan tool only fault was no electrical pulse detected , well that went when i drove the car 20 yards, rescanned no codes all clear.
