Re: Pickled Egg Quiz
I have 3 uv light sources but am having an early night as I have an airport run at 3.45 in the morning, so I'll have a scan tomorrow!!
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Not the easiest thing to photograph, but you get a 'harlequin' number illuminated for each denomination.

Another routine score for the Maverick, 2secs for the 60s and then put the scoreboard away!

Who was the drummer on this track, and what is acknowledged as his major contribution to popular music.![]()
(Undoubtedly popular it is even if it is well out of the comfort zone of the Falcon in its later developments and incarnations.)

Re: Pickled Egg Quiz
I have just had a look at a £10 note under UV light and apart from the general tinge of purple in the ink I can't really see anything!! I did notice the indentations on the top left corner which may be for a reason to do with the RNIB but other than that nothing to report!!

Re: Pickled Egg Quiz
Yes, that's the bloke. I watched a programme on BBC 4 about dance music, not the valeta or the foxtrot, but disco, house, trance etc sort of stuff folk head to Ibiza for, and all can be traced back to Earl and his drumming on that track. Regards NeilYoung is seen as the inventor of the disco style of rock drumming (in Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes's "The Love I Lost" from 1973), and is often credited with popularizing four-on-the-floor bass drum beats, and as being the first drummer to make extensive and distinctive use of the hi-hat cymbal throughout the playing time of an R&B song. This led to DJs favouring his recordings because they could hear the cymbal quite easily in their headphones as they "cued up" records to be mixed

Pretty much the same here
Original.
Sixties. 2 seconds
Seventies.
Eighties. Recognised but unknown.
Nineties.
2000s.
other 2000s.
Dreadful, particularly the nineties one, the perpetrator of which I was discussing with my son last night, he hadn't heard of Heardle and probably just as well considering the trash they serve up.
