C3 1.6 HDI misfire/ lumpy on start up

Hi I have 2014 C3 1.6 HDI, 104k miles. Owned for 5 years 60k miles
It seems to misfire as it starts, not when it’s running just as it starts the engine jolt’s, it’s worse when warm if it’s been stopped briefly and then restarted. Sometimes it starts perfectly. No stored codes. Fuel consumption is still good although it has dropped a little in the recent weeks, it drives perfectly well. Fuel filter is new, I have done injector leak off tests, number 3 was higher than the others so replaced and coded, still the same. Recently carried out a repeat leak off test and found number 1 was quite low compared to the others, replaced and coded, Still the same. Glow plugs are new as one failed a week ago so I changed the set. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Quick update, just been on a couple of reasonable runs of mixed driving and the fuel consumption is sill brilliant ( I said above I thought it gad dropped a bit) but it still starts like a dog when it’s hot

Do you see any smoke when trying to start from both cold and hot?

If so, what colour? Does it smoke worse when it's misfiring?
