A bit shakey with the audio, but a rare original video - Black & Sam Brown, Fly Up To The Moon.

Re: Pickled Egg Jukebox-Your Selections
An appropriate duet for me to end my contributions for tonight:
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Re: Pickled Egg Jukebox-Your Selections
Following a long Neil Young playlist on YouTube, I have been ripping my Neil Young CDs to put on the dongle that lives in the car and playing the files. Just checked the capacity and I have easily enough space for all 553 CDs, plus a lot of downloaded music.
This is amazing if listened to with decent headphones, that castanets are incredible.

Johnnie Walker played Deja Vu from Crosby Stills Nash and Young's album of the same name. David Crosby song.
I did think on first hearing, can't hear much Neil Young in it. I'll give it an airing on the back of Micks deja vu post on the Electric Vehicles infrastructure yesterday.

Personally I like "Helpless" best from that album.
Memories of working through the night with it on the stereo, on a three-day shift. Cooking chicken with the halogen lights.

Re: Pickled Egg Jukebox-Your Selections
While driving through the sunlit lanes of Hertfordshire this morning this track came on the radio and I made a note to post it up tonight. I have just remembered so here is the track which I found sat very nicely with the dappled sunlight along the lanes:

Re: Pickled Egg Jukebox-Your Selections
Despite what I said about the pop video on Sunday I have been looking for my idea of a great music video. So far this is the closest I have found, it has all the right ingredients for me, a great keyboard intro which Rick didn't include, an artist with a very individual style and unique voice, backing singers who are both good to hear and to watch, a drummer with gusto and an arrangement that builds to a terrific crescendo!! (you will need 11+ minutes to appreciate it all
)

In honour of Jim's car in Bleu Liberte
The first version of this I heard.
A better version:-
You may guess that this is something I very much like.

A bit of a surprise.Farinelli's singing voice was provided by the Polish soprano Ewa Malas-Godlewska and a countertenor, Derek Lee Ragin, who were recorded separately and then digitally merged to recreate the sound of a castrato.
Hopefully this helps!

I think we should be careful, this is what can happen when you mix Pacific Blue with cycling!!:
