Citroen c3 1.4hdi random no start

Hello, i am new in this forum and having gremlins with a C3 1.4hdi i bought several days ago. So the problem is that:
1. Sometimes car wont start(running lights indicator illuminated in dash),removing battery terminal for few sec fixes this.
2. Wipers keep turning on randomly while driving or stationary(same with light symbol on dash)
3. While lights symbol illuminated neither turn signals nor high beam works
4. Also after no start i loose my central lock function for a few mins with key fob (door lock works fine).

It keep happening on random occasions sometimes i shut off and restart car just fine like 5-7 times. Then all of a sudden i cant do i anymore until i remove terminal.
Iv been at a local electricians they have scanned fault codes but to no avail there were none. So they recommended to change bsm since mine was corroded so i did. Still nothing lastly they recommended to change wipers stalk com2002 but i don't know which part number i need to look for. I am adding my part number.

Hi, and to the Forum.

I believe the part number is the one beginning with 96 (but I am certain somebody with a lot more knowledge will be able to advise you).

Are you looking for new or used parts??

The component manufacturers part number is the one on the unit starting with 96. If you are looking for a used one then this is the one you want to match.
The dealer part number will be different from this but wont be marked on the unit anywhere. If looking for new parts this is the number you need,

im looking for a second hand one as they are 15-50euro where i am from.

I’ve been having problems with my c3 ever since the clutch has been done. I’m having to cycle the key several times to get it to start but after driving for a bit and turn the car off it will start up straight away.
