C4 picasso 2017 Flair engine fault message

Hi all, I was driving the other day and all of the sudden 'Engine fault repair needed' message come up, I got bit worried and had it scanned twice, the first scanned revealed just codes which I couldn't find the reason (U1109) so I had it scanned with another scanner which showed few faults to fo with fuel and particulate filter, pictures attached

Any idea from the lads here?

Any one had similar issue? Is this spme sensor or the whole filter needs to be changed? Is it easy DIY job?

What engine is in it? You really need a bit more info, some live data on pressure drop. How many miles has it done?

It is 1.6 diesel 35k on the clock
Not sure which data you require I attach few pictures.
I have seen the option of regeneration will this help clearing it?

Those numbers don't suggest the filter is clogged, can you clear the faults? You might need a better scanner, I wonder if you are being misled....

I tried clearing the faults but they came back after an hour or so, I tried another scanner before this one which gave me error codes U1109 and couple more which I do not remember, and they all point towards particule filter and low pressure lower than normal.
I run an other test and got a fault about communication failure with gearbox ecu.
I run a test on gearbox and all seems fine, I am really getting confused.
