Help wiring c3 picasso 2012

Hello friends i need help . My c3 picasso not start wirings problems. I dont have wirings manuals for ecm , charging systems grounds or etc. Its posible get it or purchase in any place ? Thanks

I take it the battery is good, and the fuel filter isn't clogged ? i did read somewhere these c3`s have trouble staring if the fuel filter is clogged. Maybe put a test on the battery see what volts you get. Bad earths on the starter motors can also be s problem , if its diesel duff glow plugs wont help either.
