data services have been awful down here on the South coast for the past few days - apparently they are working on it and we should ne OK by Thursday - so over a week with no stable connection and as home users we don't get any form of refund for the missing days - apprently if we'd read the terms and conditions properly we would have been aware that although they guarantee to take our money every month, they do not guarantee to provide a service!!!
Anybody else suffering similar issues?
