C4 Picasso 2009, blower flaps not moving

Unread post by sanyo »

Hi,
on my Picasso 2009. the flaps for blowing directions dont move. The cold/hot flaps on the left side work, the little motor is moving them. Replacing the left and right motors, the left one that works, on the right position does not move. Could it be the module.nr

Highly unlikely. It is more probable that the plastic gearing has snapped that moves the flaps.

Similar to these parts shown on the link, shown as an example. These may not be the correct ones for your model though, so you will have to check.

I can move them by hand, works fine, no resistance.
The motor on that position wont work.

A diagnostic with Lexia / Diagbox should indicate whether the gear reduction motor is operating or not. That would confirm a motor issue or the gearing in the pastic cogs which are the most common to go.
