Reversing camera retro fit?

So my DS3 "Superbee" is a 2017 120Hdi Prestige model with touchscreen Nav and CarPlay but no camera.... I’m looking at getting a camera from an ultra prestige model and enabling camera in Lexia (already have this as recently had a parking sensor fail)

I have had dash out and think I will also need camera wires from rear also? Although found some reference to SMEG+IV2 and seems to have a plug on back of radio unit so might just need to find wires in bumper .... if its there lol

Has anyone had experience of this, does anyone know the wire or have a copy of wiring diagram? Or know the connections on back of stero unit or bumper

It's not that simple! It needs the correct parking assistance ECU, the correct wiring loom, supporting Head Unit and the BSI configured as a minimum.

That sounds very complicated!
I have the head unit with navi and car play, and parking sensors..
If its possible to fit the camera, then what i need? Is the wiring not pre-installed?
