I'd have been really impressed if that was his actual car (looks same apart from reg) .... or worried he had a stalker

Sort of confirms my thinking that the ones on the Quayside storage area the other week on the North side of the river near the Tyne Pedestrian Tunnel were more than likely VW Electric vans.

Another (or perhaps the same) Amazon E-VW van, a small Peugeot thing, green flash but otherwise no more info, and a Leaf.

There was an incident in our road early Sat morning, plain clothes detectives we're out today (door to door I guess, although they didn't call here), but I saw them getting into a Kia Nero EV - then I was walking up the road, and an identical one came down the road which I'm pretty sure had 2 Plain Clothes in it as well. Police Scotland obviously running a fleet of EVs for non emergency use - the uniformed officer guarding the scene was sitting in a marked ICE 308 with the engine and AC on most of the day!

Edit: wrong label, they are Konas not Niros!!

Spotted a fair amount from the footbridge over the A1M but camera is having a bad day, failed to focus on some, shutter wouldn't operate on others and lots obscured by following cars, vans & lorries.
The speed they were traveling at didn't help much either.

Probably about a quarter of the ones that passed.
Sure I saw a Polestar too, camera fail though.

Also:-

This took a while as it uploaded all the photo's in the July folder, hundreds of them.

These have appeared previously, the Ionic 5 at least. Front aspect here, ugly thing.

Like the Motorway Pictures Steve :-D

This one is nice, the blue signage with the white lettering adds to it as does the shadow of the crash barrier, and a very familiar scene where in times past I would manoeuvre my GT6 across to the South Shields lane and head down to the Coast, with the webasto fully open! :-D

Thanks Neil :)

Just spotted a Toyota electric, looked like an Avensis, sneaking sneakily down the street. Too slow with the camera.

This came and went very quietly but wasn't sure if it was electric, most of the Sunderland ones that are proclaim it loudly.
Checked with DVLA and it is.

Smart 4 four - not seen one before as far as I know. Not very big, I wondered about the battery size / range...

Just 17.6kWh and 80 miles WLTP range - all from £22k

I can think of better ways to spend that sort of cash!!
