C4 Picasso (B78) 2014 pulsing throttle

I have a 2014 Citroen C4 Picasso (5 seater).
It's an automated manual transmission.

Lately I've been having the issue of the car will pulse/judder forward when at very low speeds, instead of nice smooth acceleration. It does not happen at higher speeds.
There are no warning lights on the dashboard, and there are no issues on Diagbox.

I've changed the fuel filter, and run some fuel system/fuel injector cleaner but that hasn't resolved the problem.


Does anyone have any ideas what I could check for?

Just to give an update.
I removed the MAF sensor and cleaned it with electrical contact cleaner - and now the car is running nice and smooth again.
