I have complained to both Motor Ombudsman and Financial Ombudsman, guess either will take very long to investigage the case. The dealership and Citroen customer care are just trying to ignore the problem now as well... I am in a dead endGiveMeABreak wrote: 12 May 2022, 10:47 Ok, so taking it back to the seller is out of the question now - so you have to call on either your vehicle manufacturer warranty whilst it is still valid. Keep all records of conversations and emails you have of the process as you may need to show that you reported the issue well within the warranty period and the vehicle has not been repaired.
If you still have warnings or lights on, keep taking it back to the dealer to fix it and if you can't get anywhere, get back to Citroen Warranty and make a formal complaint.
Here's an extract from Citroen Warranty (https://citroen.motor-admin.com/warranty/faq-list) - the people who provide the warranty for them, and the contact number for complaints:
What happens if I’m not happy with the service?
We hope you won't need to make a complaint, but if you're not happy with the service provided, you should call Citroën Warranty Administration on 0344 573 8191, or write to The Customer Service Manager, Citroën Warranty Administration, Jubilee House, 5 Mid Point Business Park, Thornbury, West Yorkshire, BD3 7AG. Please quote your vehicle registration number to ensure your enquiry is dealt with promptly. We'll do our best to resolve your query straight away, in line with the complaints process outlined in the Policy Document. Should you not be satisfied with the initial resolution of your complaint, you will still be entitled to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

HELPPPPP, what do I do now with my disable VAN....
viewtopic.php?t=70765
Hi I have posted on French car forum originally but just wondering if I may be able to get a little more help here. I have had this Ad blue signal fault and took it to Robin and day west london garage to have it repaired. It is under warranty which is until 22nd august this year. The first call was in Jan and only got appoinment for late Feb then the garage had it in for few weeks. By the time we got the van back finally in April, the same problem had occured again and again. We have to take back to them who already replaced urea tank twice without any help.
The fault code given is P20EE92 which a very helpful and kind gentlemen informed me that it could be of many causes. We must have visited the garage four or five times, and the problem still remains. This has made us suffered a lot both physically and financially. However the garage just cant be bothered to look into it. I have come to highest level of citroen customer care, however all the manager suggested was for me to take a free service voucher which won't help with my main problem which is the AD BLUE SIGNAL fault at all.
I have raised complaints to Motor OMbudsman as well as Financial Ombudsman, which will take very long I believe and I doubt they will be partial and helpful. I cant sell the car to any one now (wont be fair either to the buyer), but is the only way left for me to watch the van eventually die and shut down? I want to know if there is any department or association that might be able to help out with my case. Thank you very much.
Fault Code: P20EE 92
Description of Fault: Depollution of the deNOx system (Effectiveness): Performance or operation does not conform. DeNOx system effectiveness fault.
Conditions for Fault to clear: At least one of the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- After switching the ignition off and then back on
- When driving
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active: Limitation of urea solution injection.
Whilst this fault is active you may get the following warnings:
Engine diagnosis warning lamp
Urea solution warning lamp
Warning message
Symptoms: Lack of power
Suspect Areas:
Urea pump - gauge module
Nox sensor
Heated urea pipe
DeNOx catalyser
Pre-catalyser
Particle filter
Urea injector
Urea fluid level
Exhaust line
Air line
Exhaust gas recycling valve open cycle ratio
Electrical harness
Connectors

I have merged your new post into your original. Please don't create more than one topic for the same issue as it causes confusion and duplication of answers.
I doubt there's more that can be done from our end other than what has already been suggested by myself and other members. We've supplied you with links to external organisations for help and to the warranty administration complaints department. You'll just need to be persistent - we can't intervene on your behalf unfortunately.
Or try the Citizen's Advice Bureau that may be able to suggest further options.

Hi Marc, sorry I didn't mean to do it in purpose. Thank you for all the advise, only God knows how many phone calls and emails I have done.. I will get in touch with Citroen again to get it sorted out hopefully.GiveMeABreak wrote: 13 May 2022, 17:34 I have merged your new post into your original.
