2005 Citroen C5 2.2HDI Head Gasket Leak

Car has been sitting for 12 months with no progress but i've now started dismantling to remove the head. The Haynes manual which unfortunately does not cover the 2.2l model. Can anyone please advise where i can obtain such procedures for this model, particularly such things as torque settings/etc in case they differ from the other models. thanks.

This book does cover the 2.2l engine, but the reviews are not that good.

Thanks very much for your reply. Something I hope is better than nothing. I got the EGR piping, coolant header and fuel rail off today and looks like the turbo has to come off tomorrow. I take a look at the manual and let you know my progress. cheers, Gordon

the diesel engines eg DW12TED4 are covered in detail by the Haynes Peugeot 407 manual. I used it some years ago to rebuild the cylinder head of my 2001 C5 2,2HDi (4HX / DW12TED4 engine) after the aux belt failed. You might find this video informative.

Oops my bad. The 2.2HDi and 2.0HDi engines, plus some petrol are covered in the Haynes Peugeot 406 manual, not 407.
