Honington Bridge it is well done. Now The Coach and Horses is not what I have on the card. Can you justify that answer Neil? :-D

Yep, that's the place Mick, 'when I were a lad' I used to call in there on my Sunday bike ride from Kingstanding to Stratford on Avon. :)

ARGYLLSHIRE

Bit of a challenge not sure where the old historic County Starts and Finishes.

Campbelltown is definitely in it...take it away Andy!

I've just been up to Laphroaig on Islay (in Argyllshire) for one of those distillery tours. I've been on a couple before Edradour (Perthshire) and Glenlivet (Morayshire). Samesort of thing, but the head honcho of Laphroaig does quite a decent enough 11 minutes here on what makes Laphroaig different.

Must admit I selected a look at Laphroaig amongst many many Argyll distilleries, because I have a liking for names and that one appeals for some reason. I do like the simplicity of the large black letters on a whitewashed wall too, plainly declaring the distillery's presence.

I have found Argyll quoted at 2918 km and France 4853 km so Argyll is the shorter!

On the "Scottish Field" fascinating facts for Argyllshire it was the other way round Mick. Loads and loads of islands within Argyllshire would make it believable that its coastline was longer than France. Correct on the From Russia with Love where various scenes from the movie were filmed in the hills of Argyllshire as well.
