Saxo gearbox noise

Hi, my saxo 1.5 diesel lately i noticed a noise from gearbox especially when cold. It is kind of rattling noise when i release the clutch pedal. Car has 140k kms, clutch kit was put in at 87k kms. There is a plastic sleeve that slides on the gearbox shaft that wasnt replaced. Could it be the input shaft bearing? If yes Is it possible to replace it without dismantling the gearbox?
