For 6½ points - where did Curved Air get their name from ? You get minus points if you have to look it up :-D

I know nothing more than that, I only knew about the album because back in those days I had to share a record player with my sister and we each had our records either side of the player on the sideboard. That album was one of hers and the sleeve was often to be seen on top of my records when she was playing it!! Had a chap's face on it with the album name across it. :-D

6½ points duly awarded :) The album certainly wouldn't be to everyone's taste - not by a long way, but the chap that made it is one of those incredibly important people in the evolution of modern music that not many people have heard of. And I happen to think the album art is superb - brings a smile to my face (and his)

Just looked it up, the chap's name was Terry Riley and you're quite right - never heard of him! :-D

Did better today with a 2, 5 (silly 4th guess without a letter I knew should be in it! #-o), 4, and as usual never heard of song or artist (quite glad about that having listened to it!! :-D )

My scores
lack of knowledge of area hence fail but near miss, 3, 3 (and a "good job" compliment thrown in!), and I could have heard the track right through I wouldn't have got it. No chance with the Heardle. :-D

I suppose everyone does it....use as many different numbers as you can in the first guess! on Nerdle.

My standard is 104-98=6
