95, in sequential keys on a keyboard, would (in Roman numerals) be XCV. Jeremy Paxman (although he said what the value was) didn't say which the keys were.

Hands up if you have seen a Citroen RE2, or indeed a picture of a Citroen RE2.

On looking at the picture I thought the tractor with the Citroen badge was the vehicle you were referring to so my hand is up!! Further comment on the new thread
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Well it's all happening in Hertford today!!
There was I chatting with my daughter in Germany on the laptop when I detected a blue flashing light out side. A quick step over to the window revealed:
What is happening here I wondered, I stood and watched as 2 Incident Response Vehicles, two fire engines, a fire turntable escape ladder, a paramedic ambulance, a fire officers blue Sportage with blues in the windows and 3 further police vehicles turned up. I had to put my cars on our drive to give the turntable room to reverse into the close. Anyhow they went about their work and after a while I took a couple more shots to record the events:
It transpires that a workmen building an extension was in the loft and fell through to the first floor, landing on an electric circular saw which almost removed his leg.
It was necessary to lift him out through the first floor window and down to the ambulance. Apparently he is comfortable considering the injury.
Quite unusual for such excitement in our road so I was dismayed to see a fair number of people gathering to watch and get in the way. Why could they not just stay indoors and let the chaps get on with it, keeping an eye through their windows as I did. I'm sure the emergency services who do such a great job really don't appreciate an audience!!

Liked for the response, not the injury.

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Had cause tonight to look up the Esso website to confirm which garages in the area had the Supreme 99 petrol with no alcohol in it after visiting one which didn't have it. Noticed this on their website. I suspect if petrol was the new fuel establishing a network in 2022, it too would would have developed with an app as the primary method of operating and paying for a refuelling transaction, harvesting your data at the same time, and yes each brand of petrol would have its own app.
Looks like the campaign for the anonymous purchase transaction is swimming against the tide

Paying by app has been available at Shell stations for a long while, 3+ years and I still use my debit card simply for the protection of my personal data.

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Thanks for your concern, but have no fear, it'd have to be a dire emergency for me to want to venture out between 10-3 today, and I'm more than happy to walk away from trees that are just too damned ugly to deal with

This might be picture of the day in many places today.
Bang bang bang down my roof at 6.30 this morning, I thought oh Sh**** that's the tv aerial but it's not mine it's next doors.
