DS7 echo on phone / profile DS Sensorial drive memorysing

hello all , recently bought DS7 and so far trying figure it out some issues maybe you can help )
1. start-stop is it possible somehow disable it PERMANENTLY
2. dont know what to do with echo when talking on the phone (iphone13 dont know is it relevant or not) all are hearing they voice when talking with me ....im stuck
3. car is equpped with DS sensorial drive and is it really working this way that every time i sit in the car i need to setup drive mode and switch profile from default to titanium for example ??? kind of strange.....not memorysing my settings...

1) No
2) Make sure your vehicle firmware and IOS is updated. There have been there are still issues with IOS 15.*, so you may have to wait until the next update. Does the echo occur when using only a Bluetooth connection for the phone, or when using via CarPlay? This may determine whether this is a Bluetooth issue or something else.
3) Each of the 2 Ambiences can be customised. I think you need to select one first, then go to 'settings', make adjustments and then touch outside the main screen to return to the settings screen, then press 'Save Settings' to save the changes. If you don't do this then any settings made are only temporary and will default to original values next time the car is started.

About echo : it persists whatever I use car Bluetooth , Wi-Fi CarPlay or cable CarPlay
About ds sensorial drive : inside each profile all saved , but on each car start it same default gold style and normal drive mode , despite I configured other

So just to confirm that you are setting up everything and making all the changes from within the Sensorial drive menu? If not any adjustment outside of the sensorial menu will only be temporary.

Can't you set the desired ambience as part of a user profile? Then if the system changes back, just activate it via voice commands.

If this is not working then take it back to the dealer and see if it's a fault or whether it needs an update.
