ZX Water leak

Hi,
I seem to get a leakage of water coming through to the passenger footwell in my ZXTD when it is wet weather. It seems to do this when stationary in rain as well as when moving. Its not a puddle that deep or anything but just makes the carpet very sodden. It has also happened in the rear footwell on the same side. Seems v odd, any ideas?

Sunroof drain tubes blocked or leaky windscreen most likely.

Check in your engine compartment near to the footwell; there's an area by the bulkhead that can fill with water if the drain holes blocked. You may need to broddle about in the bottom with a coathanger wire till the water drains away.

if you have electric sunroof try to find all four drain tubes, rear two come out in behind rear light units front two come down in side A panel ,you get to front ones from behind trim inside the A panel,once you have found them with roof glass open and sun blind closed and pos a sheet over interior,with air line blow up through the tubes,this will clear roof drains,they allways leak on to wifes side of car regards malcolm

had this myself with a zx; was leaves blocking the drain channels under the bonnet
