Re: Help with paint code
You can post your VIN here quite securely - it'll appear masked, except to forum staff.
Which vehicle are we looking at?
Servicebox 'vehicle characteristics' often don't list paint colour/code, but we can certainly have a look.

Re: Help with paint code
If this is for your Xsara II VIN ending 667, then your paint code is EWP - BANQUISE WHITE PAINT (non-metallic), otherwise if a different car, post VIN up here please.

Re: Help with paint code
Thank you for all the quick replies. Nope, not the xsara, it's long gone. Haven't had a Citroen in 2 years, then bought a Jumper van - engine and gearbox swap, full brake rebuild, much welding - now ready for CT. No stickers on doorjamb.

Re: Help with paint code
Is this a 1990 model Relay/Jumper? I cant see the code on servicebox, maybe due to age?
It wont be on the tyre pressure sticker, i thought it was a Xsara too.
The paint code may be stenciled onto one of the strut tops, cant really remember on this age of Jumper.

Re: Help with paint code
Owner's (or mechanic's) handbook should have details of the paint code location.

Re: Help with paint code
Hi, the VIN in the PM was the same as the one on here. The reason i asked about the year is it says the warranty start date is 01/01/1990 ??
I can't see the paint code listed although it shows the interior trim type, does this look like the right vehicle?

Re: Help with paint code
This is for a 2001 so not sure if it will be the same but i think it may be stencilled on the inner wing.

Re: Help with paint code
The warranty start date was a field that the selling Dealer was supposed to fill in. Supposed to.
The 1.1.90 date was a common factory-entered date, ready for the Dealer to change.
It catered for cars that were first sold some time after manufacture.
It also allowed the Dealer to extend warranty, if that was needed for some reason.
