C5 x7 folding mirror settings

Hi all,
I would like to deactivate folding mirror option only when locking and unlocking the car since it started snowing and i don't want to break any parts Can I do that using lexia? Thanks

Snow won't really make any difference to the operation.

Diagbox can deactivate the function entirely if you wish this - so the mirrors will permanently stay unfolded.

Otherwise, when in the car with the ignition on you can manually fold the mirror by putting the switch in the central position and pressing backwards. It won't unfold when using the fob next time you unlock the car until you repeat the operation using the switch on the door control panel.

Not sure if the X7 is the same as the mk1 & 2 but on them if you put the ignition on & with the mirror switch in the central position pull it back & hold it for a few seconds you get a confirmation ’bong’ & this deactivates the auto fold on locking function. Just repeat again to reactivate it again.
Like I said may not be the same on the later X7.
