Problem with additional menu on SMEG+ IV2 on Citroen c5

Hallo. I have bought the car factory new 2015. 2016 I had a problem with the media and I go for a software upgrade in my Citroen dealer. After the upgrade I become the two menu buttons for video recording and I can not deactivate them. Have anyone them same problem and if it been resolved.

I had the same problem on the same unit and the only one solution was, to go to a official citroen service and let do a remote configuration (with diagnostics tool connected to the factory servers). This problem is caused by the update - it deletes/or corrupts the calibration file of the unit. Simplified - the unit don't know in what type of car it is (type and position of the speakers, type and position of the bluetooth microphone and so). It causes also problems with the sound of bluetooth calls. Here is similar problem on the RT6 unit, but the principle is the same (diagnostics shows the error "f300 - failed to download the calibration file" or so) - viewtopic.php?t=64129
