Ok so I've since worked out (by reading up on here) when certain faults happen (for example me unplugging and plugging things in with the engine running) it stops the egr function among other things...until it's driven hot for 5 mins.
How the f**k are you supposed to diagnose things when the ECU switches on and off things as it pleases 😭

So...egr actuator is working..but still fails actuator test for "soiled actuator"
So when the egr arrives I'll swap it but I'm out of ideas now...I'm gonna go for the "ignore it until it's proper (-expletive removed-)" solution

Just an update, turbo shat itself.
Must of drained easily 1.5L of oil out of the intercooler and hose. Which bearing in mind it must of only ran for 10 secs maximum once it went.
Lesson learnt...don't go against your gut feeling 😭

I have that same problem. Turbo gives high pressure error. Were you able to find the solution?

My RHF engine recently started overboosting for 20-30% when not under load (downhill or flat terrain cruseing with 2300 rpm). No faults stored in ECU so far. when driving uphill or accelerating measured boost is near instructed values. Any clue anyone?
