Hello,
My first time encounter with this website, looks very informative in the future.
I have a very basic question that`s probably been answered elsewhere but I cannot fathom it.
How do I post a question about judging the accurate oil level on my cars dipstick please?
The stick is a weird twisty pigs tail that is impossible to gain an accurate reading.
Thanks if you can advise.

You've just posted a question ...
Regarding the Oil level - just make sure you have the proper dipstick and use the markings on it for checking the levels. There's no other practical way to physically measure it.
