Idle speed is around 800rpm always cold and hot, it never had a fast idle cable attached to it and no waxstat on the thermostat housing is blocked off with a big allen head plug. It seems to pulse when idle only when engine is warm or hot, doesnt seem to do it when cold.

Could you post a video of the pulsing warm/hot idle?

Issue seems to be fixed after replacing the injector lines and rebleeding the system, idle not pulsing anymore, and the radiator fan is operating normally now, comes in at the right temp

Good to hear it's sorted. Could have been air in the fuel, which was slow to clear.
