Citroen c5 x7 2.0hdi free connector ?!

hi, guys just found a brown two wires connector on the back of the engine in egr area does anyone know where is supposed to be plugged ? thanks

It may not be required for YOUR vehicle. To save on manufacturing costs car makers don't have a wiring loom per spec level in a model range, but a couple of looms across the entire range. That connector could (for example) be for a C5 X7 with the larger engine, and would not be required on your C5.
