Just went to check for leaks etc. and the bonnet lever doesn't release the catch so I can't open it. Must have done something soft when I put it back together!
The cable was clipped back in put must have not seated the cable in the catch.

Fixed, there is access through the grill to flick the catch. I would have deleted the post but it may be useful to someone.
