Has the van ever to your knowledge had a broken timing chain?
Are the woodruff keys on the cams & crank ok?
Whats the history of the fault? Did you buy the van like this or had it for a while before it happened?

the van was working fine when we bought it after a time we went mechanic and he showed us this errors and we have changed the timing chain, after that this errors was still there but the van worked and we have done 30k miles, after that the van went in limp mode and we've changed air flow, sensors and nothing, i don't know the history of it we have done like 70k with it
