That should disappear when the engine is started. Once it has run for half an hour you should get at least ten minutes without it, unless the battery is depleted and needs a proper charge.

Economy mode is a way to protect the battery from being drained too much (with the engine not running). Assuming there are no problems with the car you WILL be able to start her when economy mode has kicked in.
