As for the Fiat Coupes the blue and yellow appear to be standard whereas the red has the vents and the centre console trimmed in red as well, was that unique to the Turbo I wonder? :?: :)

Agree about the Series 1/original/'2000' interior.
Later cars – 2000TC, 2200, 3500 and 3500S – got the circular instruments, in place of the original strip speedo.
This hugely improved appearance and driver info.

Although very personal, I rather like the later dashes that many cars got, over and above their Mk1 brothers.
I much prefer the Mk2 inside and outside iterations of BX, XM, Xantia - and certainly P6.

That car is a P Reg August 1975 car, but it was an SC automatic so it didnt get the nicer dials. Looks like the SC as a breed didn't get them. The 2200 TC did :-D

There is a contemporary brochure here

That's right, Neil - the SC retained the strip speedo, introduced for the original P6 launch in '63.
The very last one off the production line was a 2200TC, in 1977.

Interesting how the steering wheel swaps sides. Useful when travelling from the UK to the continent.

Had a colleague who bought a new Fiat Spyder with a wheel like that. The MOT station (Bilbesiktningstjänsten) made him change it for a metal one as splinters from it could be lethal in a crash.

Some Ford thing aimed at women as they were deemed inferior drivers. Was supposed to make it easier for them.
1960's. Failed miserably.
More than that I don't know.

I like the shot of her pulling in to the parking spot. 1:40 Car in the background going backwards meaning they just filmed her pulling out and reversed it. Fail parking, fail editing.

Dolly. Radiomobile in soft focus.
Hesitant and intermittent overdrive, on 3rd and 4th, iirc.

Not a dolly. Triumph GT6, In Magenta at the Brightwells Sale. Brightwells must like the gear knob photos. Very similar item on a MGB here..
