Citroen C6 door mirror part number request

My 2006 C6 should have self dimming (photochromatic?) wing mirrors but the R/H (UK driver’s side) has been replaced with a non-dimming type.

Can anyone tell me the part number of the dimming type glass, please? I had a look at the document on C6 owners but it didn’t make much sense to me!

It is the early type of mirror being a 2006 car. I think the later type of mirror was only fitted right at the end to the 3.0 diesel.

No rush though, I’m just making a list of things to buy so I can give the C6 some love when I get back.

Ok, the glass is available separately, but there are still additional variants of the actual photochromic mirror itself for the earlier models too.

The mirror glass alone is part: 8151HT, priced at £363.82 inc. VAT (and yes, that's just for the glass).
The actual mirror (depending on your VIN for confirmation) is £912.55

There's a complete mirror on evil bay for £90. Just make sure you pick the one with two cable connectors on the harness. The single connector is off a Lineage which doesn't have photochromatic mirrors.

Marc, I now see where James (and I) are getting confused... the C6Owners only has the parts list for the Passenger side mirror. The 8151HT is the passenger side for a LHD car which will be different to the Drivers Side on a RHD car (field of view differences on the drivers side).

Are you sure you've got the right part number
