Thanks for this. Aussiefrogs has provided such a wonderful local service over the decades that I’d forgotten that I registered here many years ago.

Welcome Bowie and Bruce.

There is plenty to join in with here, and hope you become regular posters, not with stuff going wrong with your cars of course. A nice introduction would be scanning the topics in the Off Topic Chat Lounge of the forum and joining in with the over 4,500 topics we have found to chat about, or add some new ones of your own.
As a welcome to the forum I have set up a thread "What do you know about Australia :?: "
link viewtopic.php?p=687368#p687368
and with names like Bruce and Bowie, I am sure you could put up a few selections on the Pickled Egg Jukebox

Welcome to the best Forum on the web. As Neil has said there are plenty of things going on all the time and much banter is exchanged as well as the superb technical expertise available. SWMBO (She Who Must Be Obeyed for the uninitiated :-D ) has a brother in Brisbane and a sister in Cairns who married an Englisman and they roast happily out there on a daily basis!! SWMBO got stranded in Cairns last year at the start of the pandemic so we are pretty well aquainted with life in the sun!! :)

Nah, you'll fit right in!
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.
