Struggling with my C4 Grand Picasso on a 12 plate 2.0 HDI AUTO.
Intermittent fault flagging up with gearbox fault, handbrake faulty, ESP/ASR lights on. The display showing D,N,P,M goes blank with 2 dashes (--).
I have had it checked at a French car specialist and he mentioned that the only thing that's "not talking" is the ABS ECU (CAN) which isn't receiving the signal from various other
ECUs.
Has anyone had any similar issues? He did mention that he can attempt to take it apart and check further but can't promise it will fix the issue. I trust him fully as he has 40 years experience. And wasn't comfortable charging unnecessarily. In all fairness he didn't even charge for the diagnostic.
