Flag, Pop Group (Possibly ABBA?) Tardis and Radar screen - not seeing a connection yet!!

Number two :
Apollo, Resin, Red Adair ?

Am I reading those right?

I have just learnt that I was wrong about Apollo,
Spoiler: show
its Green Man so in that case we have, Green, resin, Red Adair,? If that is amber resin then it is the traffic light sequence but I can't think of an object to represent red and amber so struggling there!! :-D

Spoiler: show
The first one I cannot make out the first picture, is it a piece of chicken? Was there a movie called Chicken at the Hanging Man? in which case the next would be a man? :-D

The second set are all fictional characters from kids books.

hang on back with the question in a minute! forgot the picture.

Here it is :-D
Where is this precisely :?:

I would say probably impossible to get off the top of your head unless you know the city and its architecture extremely intimately. I know the city very well, but never noticed it.

So some easy enough clues. It has Seven of those windows and each has a stanza/verse from a poem on it you can guess the sequence from the pic.

So answer the question Who is the Poet :?: and you are half way there to the location.

Come on folks if no one participates its no fun

Guess your way to the answer if a simple query on the first stanza of the poem is too hard. (er...it isn't)

Clue with every guess.....Where oh where have the joiners in gone :?:
