C3 flair 2019 external temperature HELP

Hi all just purchased a c3 flair 2019 plate and it has a display screen like the photo attached
The issue I have is the external temperature on the screen stays at 85degrees top left does not change
Anyone aware of any issues with this thank you Simon
It is still under warranty so I can just take it back

I suspect the sensor in the wing mirror may need replacing. On this model it should be on the passenger side wing mirror - there is a little dimple underneath that is the sensor.

So yes, take it back because this affects the Climate Control / Air Conditioning system as it uses the outside ambient temperature to determine operation.
