04 Picasso headlight issue

Hello,

I am looking for some help with an issue with my 04 1.6 petrol Picasso.

Recently my headlights stopped working. Having replaced the bulbs and checked the fuses for each headlight the issue still remains. Now my main beam headlights have also stopped working. Indicators and side lights are working.
Looking for people with similar issues I found that the COM2000 unit could be a reason for these issues. I have had two second units from a scrap yard but the issue still remains.

Has anybody got any further ideas please?

Sounds more like an under bonnet fusebox issue then. Ideally you want it on diagnostics to see the live data from the com2000 unit to see if its sending the signal.

I have had diagnostic on it and all signals seemed to be ok, the dashboard has lit up as expected when both dipped and main beam lights are turned on.
I looked at the fuse box for signs of water ingress but it looked good. Is it not a water ingress issue with these fuse boxes?

You can get water ingress issues but inside the box there are a bunch of fixed on relays, these can play up just like a regular external relay.
