Are you sure you're not a candidate for the Vegan Party Jim? (God knows there are quite a lot of oddball outfits on our ballot paper). No canvassing allowed outside the polling station please [-X :-D

I missed it. :(

My neighbour told me today that he saw a kite chasing a sparrow, the sparrow dived into my berberis bush where they're nesting and the kite crashed into it and fell to the floor then shook itself and flew off.

This beautiful tree caught my eye yesterday during my morning run :)

I'm told it's a copper beech... I have no idea to be honest, trees in my world are wooden things sometimes covered in leaves that look rather lovely most of the time...
