have sent a message with the heading MWI. I can't see anything stored in PM board. Could you PM me with anything - because I am new, I wonder if my rights are restricted.

I am rather sceptical about it but there is a place near here that does hydrogen cleaning (Gateshead area). A petrolhead mate at work claimed it had done wonders for his car.

Personally I would try a few tanks of premium diesel combined with Italian tune-ups before hydrogen cleaning - IIRC it wasn't cheap.

May have been this place but could confirm if you think it is something she may be interested in trying.

That is tempting to try. I’m sure it is coked up to death inside with its near 200,000 miles with the DPF and EGR that has been forced upon it.

It will stay in your outbox until it is read, then move to the 'sent' box.

Maybe, maybe. Is this the sort of thing that you diagnose by actually observing live values from Lexia rather than looking for a fault code?

But sadly nothing in my Inbox. Is there a minimum number of posts that a new member needs before they are allowed to use the PM function?

hi. I think you should be able to get a "live" fuel rail pressure reading so you could get an idea of idle conditions from that and a screen grab of the other live fields wouldn't go amiss. as I said, there are likely to more than one niggle and they could have a cumulative effect. I can't guess what the magic bullet is yet just as you are just now.
