09 citroen c5 2l hdi fault

Hi lads I'm new here I have a 2009 citroen c5 2l hdi 140 bhp. My problem is the car when idling some times nearly cuts out and miss fires .it also hesitates on acceleration and i can hear a rough sound coming from either the pump or in injectors after the hesitation . Iv no fault light on. Its also hard on diesel it starts no problem even from cold. I do have a fault code p1166 and p 0087. I have changed the fual and air filter with no change . All advice is more than welcome. .
