1997 Citroen Xsara SX TD with Aircon - Blower not working.

Hi,

Having read through the previous posts on here regarding this issue, I cannot find one that directly relates to my problem so I'm hoping someone can help.
Symptoms:

no blower activity, 0.5v on red and black terminals leading to module input in blower. blower also replaced with new spare to no avail.
switched ignition supply through F2 in cabin is correct.
supply from Maxi fuse in engine bay through F21 in cabin fuse box is correct.
F25 in cabin supply is correct.
Aircon light illuminates as does recalculation light. aircon seems to engage as engine load increases with aircon on.
rear demist light illuminates plus audible click from relay somewhere?

Is there a list of relays and their locations? relay 30 in documentation seems to supply rear demist ans blower but I have no idea where this or the aircon ecu is located.

can anyone assist?

A quick update, I discovered I had a faulty intermittent probe on my multimeter. I can confirm there is correct volts on the fan input, however probing the the orange wire there is only 1.3v fixed regardless of fan control position on the dash. is this correct or do I have an issue with either the dash control unit or the aircon control unit behind the dash?

Another update:

I have subsequently discovered the ignition switch is at fault. Its intermittent and will sometimes provide correct volts under no load conditions but drop to near zero with a load so this will need to be bypassed or replaced. The replacement part "4162W3" is quite expensive at £292 from Citroen, plus I only need the switch and not the barrel. It differs from the ones on eBay, the wires are about 60cm long and the switch is half cylindrical. Is there a cheaper source of this part?

Well today with the assistance of Wheeler suppling correct diagrams many thanks, and a good used ignition barrel sourced from eBay, this chapter is concluded.

The blower finally functions as intended. I was delighted when it burst into life, not so delighted when I turned it to full and got what seemed like a metric ton of dead insects, fluff, dust and god knows what else straight in my face. The last owner did say it hadn't been working for some time (years) in his two decades of ownership, I just wasn't expecting the quantity of yuk.

On a positive note the aircon is super cold, I wouldn't have thought the system could function so well after such a long time of inactivity?
