Eco mode/Electric windows

I'm in the process of converting Mk2 Dispatch into a camper I would like the windows to operate independently of the eco mode, does anyone know if this would be possible

The economy mode is determined by the BSI to avoid non-starting of the vehicle. This can't be disabled and the windows are controlled by the BSI - remember these are multiplexed vehicles. If you start butchering the wiring, you will find other things stop working.
