Newby interior advice

Afternoon all. I'm new here so hoping I am posting in the correct forum. 2 things really which I hope are simple. I need to know how to replace the bulb in the faulty temperature display as per attachment. Also a third of the panel of the sat nav seems faint, sometimes it's black but sometimes faded. Loose connection possibly?

You can try wiggling the 3 connectors for the aircon control panel, but I think you might find the display is borked. The rotary knobs are normally what go on these - one or the other of them won't turn the temp up or down properly.
Here's the diagrams for removal of the unit so you can check the connectors.
