DPF CLEAN/REPLACE SERVICE REQUEST

Post by maverickmk »

Hello Community,

Make Citroen C4 1.6 Hdi DV6C B7 mileage 140,000 miles ave VIN:VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

Is anyone in the Kent area or environs offering a DPF cleaning or replacement service?

If so please let me know, #NB I already has a new DPF to be installed if you don't offer cleaning services.

I've have considered Halfords, but that didn't work out.

Many thanks
Mitch

If you're sure that it does need replacing (see your other thread) then it seems to be relatively easy to do. Follow the instructions in the video and instead of cleaning the DPF simply replace and refit.

Then, very important, use a code reader (preferably Diagbox) to reset the counter.

Thanks Paul.

I'm too concerned about using just my stands and trolley jack for this this job.
